What if we miss a week?

No problem! You can do the lesson independently, watch the recording and/or just join the following week.

Do all family members need to attend every session together?

Everyone is invited. Everyone has the choice and agency to attend or not.

How long is each session?

75-90 minutes depending on group engagement during the session.

Can I do the program without joining the sessions?

Yes, the program is designed for individual self-paced learning and for groups.

Is this in place of individual therapy or a treatment program?

This is not in place of individual therapy or treatment. It is however, a valuable accompaniment to both.

What if my loved one isn't ready or willing to enter recovery yet. Can I still do this program?

Yes! This program is for family members no matter what stage your loved one is in.

What if my loved one has already completed treatment — is this still relevant, or is it more for the early stages?

The program is relevant for families no matter what stage your loved one is in and is especially helpful for family members recovering from the impact of their loved ones addiction.

Does “family” include my loved one?

Family can include your loved one however, depending on the stage that your loved one is in they may or may not be ready or available to participate. We are happy to discuss, assess and provide guidance.

We ask that all participants practice confidentiality.

What's included in the registration fee?

Registration includes private film screening link, 12 facilitated sessions and one printed participant guide. Up to 4 additional family members may join the program under the registration. Additional guides can be purchased for $25 each.

Can I pay monthly instead of all at once?

There is an option to make 3 monthly payments.

Is there a refund or cancellation policy if it's not the right fit?

A request for refund or cancellation within the first two weeks can be submitted here. There is a cancellation fee of $25.
